Isle of dogs

Wes Anderson’s isle of dogs is a smart satirical and poignant comment on our social fabric. This “mythical” story of banned dogs on a Japanese dump island is a learning experience for all of us. Its about us and our values and who is worthy and who is not. This animated tale is superb is all ways. It draws you into a fairly simple story but extrapolates to our larger social condition. I am not an animation FSA, but maybe I should reconsider.

One of the most creative movies I’ve seen this year. Really loved the artwork and music, as well as the wonderful portrayal of man’s best friend.
