The story of six women survivors of the camp. It focuses on the difficulty of readjustment after freedom and the painful and confusing rejecation by Europeans of them. All women finally came to the USA and rebuilt their lives. They all married and had children. Their force is to tell their story and they did. Movie itself covers familiar ground and I have seen better. Its personal of course but as a movie it did not add to what is already known and documented. This movie would have played at the now closed Plaza Cinema on 62nd st to a 90% Jewish audience. In big theatres it just didn’t work. Sorry.
